Our Bookshop is a Social Enterprise where we also sell beautiful handmade gifts, made right here on the premises - delicious homemade jams or colourful cards & crafts. We also serve Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and tempting baked treats for you to enjoy and unwind with a good book.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
Book of the month is Call the Midwife: A True Story of the East End in the 1950’s. It is a memoir by Jennifer Worth, the first in a trilogy of books describing her work as a district nurse and midwife in the East End of London during the 1950’s, and which in 2012, was adapted for television and is now the much loved BBC TV series.
